Consultation Times

Appointment times may be made Monday through to Wednesday from 7:45am.

Please ask about placement on the cancellation list for urgent appointments.

Please arrive 10 -15 minutes before your first appointment to fill out a client Information form. This will help ensure you receive the most optimal consultation. All information that is shared during any appointment (verbally or written) is strictly confidential. 

Please list current medications and all relevant history.
